The games they would like to import include action, adventure, role-play games, and those games with big film copyrights. Kongzhong recently got the copyright of Hongkong blockbuster film“ Gongfu”to develop mobile game with same title and content.

By working closely with China Mobile, Kongzhong is in the leading position of wireless VAS market, WAP, color message, ringtone, mobile games, etc. More than 700 staff in total, Kongzhong has offices in Beijing (mainly mobile games) and Tianjin (R&D).

A Nasdaq listed company, Kongzhong has been in coopertion with Superscape, a British company, since 2002 for mobile games.

Use service platform and channels of mobile operators, mainly China Mobile

As regulated, China Mobile could not sign contracts with foreign content providers directly. All deals must be done through service providers. Kongzhong is one of the biggest wireless VAS providers in China and has been working with China Mobile closely.
