Sichuan Provincial Government is going to hold a Sichuan International Friendship Cities Co-operation and Development Week from 16th to 21st October 2007. Sichuan Government invites delegations from all the provinces, cities, etc that have the twinning links with Sichuan Province and its cities and other cities that have the interests of developing co-operation with Sichuan Province to attend the event.

The major elements of the event are seminars and match-making activities for agriculture, forestry and environment sectors, opening ceremony of the week and the government summit.

Sichuan Provincial Government will bear the local travel and accommodation cost for five government officials from each delegation.
