Event Description
British Marine Federation (BMF) will be taking a group of UK businesses to Shanghai Boat Show (CIBS) with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) support via the Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP).
Established in 1996, CIBS, this over-decade event keeps growing dynamically and is recognized more authoritatively as one of the world’s leading boat show. In 2008, China (Shanghai) International Boat Show:
Presented a total exhibition area of over 30,000 sq m
Invited up to 365 domestic and international exhibitors
Welcomed 14,050 visitors from home and abroad (1,579 foreign visitors, 55% up on 2007)
Displayed 177 boats and yachts onsite
Held the 1st Shanghai Boat Show Charity Regatta

Applications for support need to be submitted to BMF no later than 8 weeks prior to the event start date. BMF administers your application, liaising with your local International Trade Adviser and submits it to UKTI.
