Event Description
An overview of some of the taxation, financial and legal implications of Chinese market entry, particularly relating to choice of investment vehicle (JV, WFOE, FICE) and location choice (removal of preferential rates, lower rates for Hi-tech enterprises).
Speakers: Representatives from Price Waterhouse Coopers, UK Trade and Investment, China Britain Business Council and One NorthEast. Additionally there will be an opportunity to meet with local China experts to discuss individual queries face to face.
