Liaoning Chengda Biotechnology Co LTD (CDBIO) was founded in June 2002. A rabies vaccine for human use manufactured by CDBIO came onto the market in May 2005. In 2009, the sales revenue reached RMB 500 million. CDBIO is now building a Bio-healthy scientific park in Benxi City, 60 km away from Liaoning’s capital city, Shenyang. The project covers an area of 55 hectares. The park concentrates on manufacturing various vaccines, chemical pharmaceuticals and body care products.

CDBIO is now seeking partners with technologies to produce respiratory syncytial virus vaccine, scarlatina vaccine and HBV vaccine. The way of cooperation can be technology transfer, JV, or merger and acquisition.
