Hurray!, a leading advanced wireless value-added services provider and digital entertainment provider in China, is seeking cooperation with UK companies engaged in interactive TV, games, programs that could combine TV and mobile.

Hurray! is interested to know more about new and innovative services and software products from UK. They have been working closely with China Unicom currently on the establishment of 3G platform. (3G licenses have not yet been issued in China). Any innovative software and services eligible for 3G platform are attractive to Hurray!. For example, software that users could book flights with mobile phone. Software and services similar to this would be of interest.

Hurray! has targeted interactive TV as one of their development priorities. Hurray! has built a JV with Beijing TV station which covers 1 satellite channel, 9 local channels and 2 digital channels. It also has long-term working relations with many regional TV stations. The JV company is mainly engaged in interactive TV. Any games, programs that could combine TV and mobile would be of interest.

Hurray! would like to know and build contacts with UK companies, to help them enter the China market and distribute their programs. For example Hurray! is interested in “Who wants to be a milliionaire” .

Hurray! hopes to establish cooperation with UK companies in terms of digital music, interactive TV, games, and 3G software and services. Due to its broad relationship with mobile operators and linkages with the industry, Hurray! would be a good choice for relevant UK companies to establish partnership with.
