Benefits from participation include:

High level networking reception at GSM Asia, Macao

Mission companies will have branding at the reception, which will help overseas contacts identify the UK group during the networking.
Commercial Officers from various British Embassies within Asia will be tasked with inviting relevant contacts from their country to attend this event.
Meeting room hire will be used for managed one to one meeting programme with UK delegates and overseas contacts.

Web based micro-site with link to UK delegates profiles and ability to book meetings.
Commercial Officers will be sent the micro-site as soon as mission group has been confirmed. They will be tasked with targeting in-market companies and influencing them to participate in relevant one to ones.
Event overview brochure with details of the mission delegates and key selling points for UK industry .

This will provide more detailed information about the UK group, capability and requirement and will be used in conjunction with the micro-site to arrange one to one meetings. The brochure will also be used to promote the mission in mainland China.
The mission will then move to Beijing and Chongqing, South West China.

Support Provided & Cost of Participation
The mission will visit GSM Asia, Macau and mainland China. The cost of participation is £300 (net of VAT) per company, invoiced following acceptance on the mission.
