Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI) will be taking a group of UK businesses to China Medical Exhibition Fair (CMEF) with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) support via the Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP).

CMEF is not only the largest medical device show in China, but also in Asia. Taking place biannually in spring and autumn, the event showcases the widest collection of international and local manufacturers of medical devices for hospitals. It is the only event that is fully representative of the China medical devices manufacturing market.

In 2008 the total number of visitors were o ver 50,000. International visitors were 3,354 from 105 countries/regions; Total Exhibitor 1,973 Overseas Exhibitor Number 171; Exhibiting Area 98,000 sqm.

Applications for support need to be submitted to ABHI no later than 8 weeks prior to the event start date. ABHI administers your application, liaising with your local International Trade Adviser and submits it to UKTI.
