Description of opportunity
The company plans to have a land of 66,700m2 to set up a recycling and treatment base for electronic wastes. There are two phases for the project:

The first phase is to build Changsha industrial base for comprehensive recycling, utilization and innocuity treatment of waste and old circuit board. Its production scale is: recycling and disposing 5000 tons of waste and old circuit boards annually; producing 1000 tons of electrolytic copper annually, 4000 tons of polymeric material annually, and 88 tons of rare metals annually. The construction period of project is one year.

The second phase is to establish several electronic waste (mainly circuit board) assembly and separation treatment bases at Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Gulf. These three areas are industrial electronic wastes-concentrated. In the preliminary period, the metal and non-metal powder are concentrated to be sent to Changsha Base for treatment; in the anaphase, depending on the situations,, non-metal product deep processing bases will be established respectively in these areas. Within three years, an industrial scale of treating 100,000 tons of circuit boards with a production of RMB1.5b annually is expected to be achieved.

Total Investment: RMB100m, equal to USD14.7m. The investment in the first phase is RMB30M, equal to USD4.4m.
