Loncin Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. is considering to set up an R & D Centre in the Europe by merging with one European designing company (SME) who is experienced in the motorcycle and engine design and development. Loncin prefers to being the dominate shareholder but the R & D centre should be operated by the westerners. Loncin the the second largest motorcycle manufacturer in China which produces and sells over one million motorcycles every year.

Loncin has received some merging proposal from one Germany company and one Italian company whom Loncin had entrusted them to make some design or produce some sample bikes. Loncin would like to have a wider investigation on potential partners.
