The Chinese Language Office, based in Beijing, is the official department responsible for Chinese promotion overseas. The office allocates funds for institutions who could promote Chinese in overseas via cooperating with foreign collages or universities. To facilitate the projects, the Office would be able to provide funds for local educational institutions to dispatch their Chinese teachers to overseas colleges or universities for teaching. Shenyang Yu Cai high school is proactively working on these projects and seeking primary and middle schools as partners in the UK who are interested in cooperating on these projects jointly.
