Mainstream Partnership aims to spearhead in partnership with mainstream arts organizations the creative growth of the East Midlands BME (Black Minority Ethnic) arts sector. We aim for the organisation and BME arts practitioners to have the best opportunities for their development and financial success.

We have several vacancies, and are looking for dynamic and growth minded people to join the company at Board Director Level on a voluntary level. With experience in any of the following: working with BME Communities and young people, B2B/ B2C Marketing, Legal, Finance, Training, Artistic, Fundraising to apply for these exciting positions.
