Event Description
Under the special attention and great support from the leaders of CPC Central Committee and State Council, Chongqing has successfully played host to three sessions of the Exhibition of Military and Civil Techonologies and seven sessions of High-Tech Fair since 1999. The fair has become No.1 brand exhibition of military and civilian dual-use technologies in China and an important platform for speeding military & civilian integration and promoting Western Development Program. Eleven military groups including China National Nuclear Corporation, China Nuclear Engineering and Construction Group Corporation, China Areospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China Aviation Industry Corporation I & II, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, China North Industry Coporation, China South Industry Corporation and China Electronic Technology Corporation will team to attend this fair. A large number of national famous enterprises like China Telecom, China Netcom, China Mobile, China Unicom, POTEVIO Corporation, Sinopec, Lenovo Corporation, FAW, Huawei Technologies and ZTE Corporation together with nearly 100 universities and colleges are to attend the fair. Besides that, many countries and regions will participate in the fair as well. In addition, over 10 Fortunes 500 enterprises including Motorola, Siemens, Cisco, Ford, Whirlpool, MITSUBISHI Heavy Industries Ltd. will take part in the fair.
