UK Trade & Investment's International Trade experts from China, Spain and New Zealand will visit the South West in the autumn to hold Export Advice Clinics.

The clinics present a unique opportunity to have a free 45 minute one-to-one meeting with international trade experts who can offer an insight into their particular market and discuss market opportunities for South West products and services.

On 21 September, Karen Cheung, Commercial Officer from Beijing, will attend an export clinic at the Business Link offices at Matford Business Park, Exeter, where one-to-one appoinments will be available all day from 9.30 am to 5 pm.

On 27 September, at the same venue, Fernando Pons, a UKTI officer based in Madrid, will be on hand to advise companies looking to break into the Spanish market. Fernando has sepecific expertise in the fields of mass transport (railways and ports), advanced engineering, electronic components and IT hardware, marine and fire, police and security but will be happy to advise any company interested in the Spanish market.

On 8 November, John Waugh, Director Trade & Investment in Wellington, New Zealand, will attend a clinic at the same venue. John is keen to meet with companies from all sectors interested in bilateral trade and investment opportunities in New Zealand, where there is a thriving economy and a strong dollar.
