National Wool Textile Export Corporation (BWTEC) will be taking a group of UK businesses to Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics in Shanghai with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) support via the Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP).

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, China International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories, is one of the largest apparel textile trade events in the world. Two other events attracting additional buyers run alongside this fair: Cinte Techtextil China, a biennial technical textile and non-woven goods trade event, and Yarn Expo Autumn 2008.

In 2007 the event attracted 54,148 visitors from 98 countries and regions with 2,005 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions.

Applications for support need to be submitted to National Wool Textile Export Corporation (BWTEC) no later than 8 weeks prior to the event start date. BWTEC clears your application with your local International Trade Adviser and submits it to UKTI.
