China Anping International Wire Mesh Fair, held every year since 2001. We have already held 8 sessions successfully. It was considered the most important business platform for wire mesh and its related products. It is based on a developed industry characterized by wire mesh products in Anping County.

Hebei Province Anping County is named the “Hometown of Wire Mesh” and “China Wire Mesh Production Base Area” by China Hardware Product Association, which enjoys a history of over 500 years in wire mesh production. Anping has over 17, 000 enterprises and more than 120,000 people involved in production and business of wire mesh. The product develops into 8 series, over 600 varieties and 6000 specificiations which are widely used in industry, agriculture and scientific research and other fields, radiating to over 600 cities of the whole country and has been exporting to more than 130 countries and regions in the world. The output and export volume of this area account for more than 80 percent of that China. Anping Wire Mesh World, as a big specialized wire mesh wholesale market approved by China State Development Planning Commission. It covers an area of 600 mu and building area of 160,000 square meters. Over 1000 companies enter and keep position in the market. The amount of business was up to 4.4 billion RMB every year.

Now it has been the largest wire mesh production distributing center in China and the window to the world for China wire mesh industry.

Review of the fair in 2008:
In the morning of Sep 21st, the opening ceremony was held solemnly in Anping International Wire Mesh Exhibition Center. ZhangJianZhong, the county committee of Anping of CPC, presided this fair. SunRuiBin(the Vice Governor of Hebei Provincial People’s Government), ZHangDongLi(the Chairman of China National Hardware product Association), GaoHongZhi(the Mayor of Hengshui Municipal Government), and leaders at all levels made a speech and address. SunRuiBin(the Vice Governor of Hebei Provincial People’s Government), DuTongHe(the Vice Chairman of China Light Industrial Association) and GaoHongZhi(the Mayor of Hengshui Municipal Government) together started-up touching ball for opening of fair. More than 10, 000 visitors including 350 foreign businessmen from nearly 40 countries and regions such as US, UK, FRANCE, HOLLAND, SWITZERLAND, ISRAEL, BRAZIL, ITALY, BELGIUM, RUSSIA, INDIA, KOREA, JAPAN, HONGKONG, MACAO, TAIWAN, etc. attended the fair. 204 booths with 320 exhibitors showed in the fair. 30 projects were released during the fair.

The fair was highly professional. Suppliers, buyers and dealers of wire mesh products from in and out of China came to the fair, showed products and negotiated business.
