Date Friday 19 June 2009
Time 12:00 – 15:00
Venue Gilbert Murray Hall, Leicester University, Leicester, LE2 2LH

Following on from our successful event in 2007 the East Midlands China Business Bureau and East Midlands India Business Bureau are working with the East Midlands European office to bring businesses the latest information on how to take advantage of the current climate in the China and India Markets.

Economic liberalisation has made China and India increasingly accessible and important markets for European businesses. Chinese and Indian companies are continuing to globalize and those countries are set to join the USA as the three largest GDP economies by 2050. Global recession makes having an effective strategy with these markets even more important.

This free event intends to be a positive and encouraging forum with a specific focus on creative and innovative solutions to boost growth and jobs. Support such as grants and programme initiatives available from the EU will be discussed throughout the event. Practical workshops are available to provide you with specific information for your company.
