Event Description
There is a significant source of novel technology development in China that remains largely untapped by global pharma and biotech companies.

In addition, the action plan of Chinese healthcare system reform (2009-2011) was launched in early April this year. This will bring in more opportunties and challenges for both UK and Chinese business.

UKTI LifeSciences China team works with ChinaBio in various aspects. Taking this opportunity, we will work together to link up UK Biotech & Pharma companies to work with Chinese counterparts.

ChinaBio LLC and EBD Group will host the first ChinaBio Partnering Forum in Shanghai to meet the needs of biotech and pharma companies as well as developers of early stage technology looking for funding and strategic partnerships.

This event will bring together over 500 attendees from around world for two days of one-to-one partnering meetings using EBD Group's acclaimed partneringONE(tm) online system.

There will also be experts speaking on China's life science industry, over 40 presentations on technologies from China, and posters from China's top universities and institutes.
