Project venue: 1.5 kilometres east to the existing Terminal 3

Gross area: 120,000-150,000 square meters

Estimated investment amount: RMB15 billions (US$2 billions)

Specific details of requirements

Interested parties must meet the following requirement:

No less than 5 years experience in relevant projects. Track record of completion no less than 2 projects of similar size airports, and the projects were well recognised by prestigious planning & design organisations ( international planning & design organisations should have worked with Chinese planning & design organisations who are qualified as Grade A architectures)
The Design crew must has experts specialised in airport retail, catering resources development.
