China launched a portal Website, www.linese.com offering online Mandarin learning courses and supplementary materials to meet the growing demand of Chinese learning across the world.

The Website features on-line interactive courses, virtual communities, Blogs, Podcasts, Wikis and volunteer help and information search services, Sponsored by China's National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language

The Website is only available in Chinese and English at the moment but there are plans to develop Korean, Japanese and other languages versions to facilitate users with different backgrounds.
