The 10th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) to be held on 8-11 September 2006 in Xiamen City of China.

As China's only nation-wide international investment promotion event focusing on promoting bilateral investments, the CIFIT is sponsored by MOFCOM, co-sponsored by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) and some other international organisations. It is one of the largest international investment promotions events approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

This annual event comprises three major contents: investment and trade exhibition, international investment forum and a series of seminars on hot investment issues, project matchmaking symposia.

More than 10,000 projects selected by the Organizing Committee are showcased in each session of CIFIT.
