During the 9th edition of the Week of High Tech in Beijing, under the high patronage of the municipal government of Beijing, co-produced by the ChinICT Committee and Tempo2, the ChinICT 2006 is the largest event gathering Chinese and European ICT communities.

A Euro-Chinese Expert Committee selects the candidates upon 4 criteria:

Strategic adequacy to the Chinese Market;

Profit model;

Financial backing;

Innovation in terms of technology and/or market approach.
