System hardware: 3 servers including one file server, one application server and one back-up server, 3 switches, 1 security intrusion detection system, 1 encrypted VPN firewall module, 1 online UPS, and 3 laptop computers;
System software: 3 licenses of operation system software, 1 license of network anti-virus software (2-year service with 60 client terminals), and 1 backup software;
Service: IT security technical service for one year (regular security leak detection covering the whole network including network equipment, servers, applications, system service software and client terminals), and implementation of network optimisation and file sharing enhance project.
Project Location: to be decided by the China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangzhou Branch
Contract Period: Installation and testing should be completed within 40 days after contract signing. The system should be checked and accepted after 2 months of trial operation, and then maintenance service should start.
To sign up for the tender, UK companies are requested to form a partnership with a local company that satisfies the following qualification requirements: 1. Chinese company with registered capital of at least 1 million RMB Yuan in Chinese currency. 2. Track record of e-government IT system integration projects since 2005 (value of each contract should not be lower than RMB600,000 Yuan in Chinese currency).
