Biotech company seeking flu vaccine, BCG and poliomyelitis vaccine technology from UK

Liaoning Chengda Biotechnology Co LTD (CDBIO) is a leading Chinese biotech company founded in 2002. They’ve been manufacturing and distributing rabies vaccine for human use since 2005. In 2009 sales revenue reached RMB 500 million.

CDBIO is now building a Bio-healthy scientific park in Benxi City, around 60 km away from Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning province. The facility will cover an area of 55 hectares. The first phase of the project will be in operation in April 2011, covering an area of 6.6 hectares. The park will concentrate on manufacturing various vaccines, chemical pharmaceuticals and body care products.

CDBIO is now seeking partners who have production technologies of flu vaccine, BCG and poliomyelitis vaccine. The way of cooperation can be technology transfer, JV, or mergers & acquisition.
