Specific details of requirements
Beijing Gui River Architectural Innovation Park is located on the northern bank of the Guanting Reservoir. It is situated in the southwest part of Yanqing Town’s Xitun Village, in Yanqing County. This region sits about 2 kilometers from Yanqing Town. The total site area is approximately 210,000m2, and the building's total floor area around 145,000m2.

Entry Requirements:
Renowned national and international design companies/firms/practices that have experience with projects of similar scale.

Awards:
One first place awarded: RMB 1,000,000 (tax-inclusive)
Two second places awarded: RMB 500,000 (tax-inclusive)
Base design fee : of RMB 300,000 (tax-inclusive)

Deadline:
18:00 on June 12th, 2009

The organizer will select 10 qualified design teams from the entries. A confirmation will be sent in writing. The official invitation document will be published on the website of the organizer.
