To purchase the Bidding Document in English, bidders should:
Visit the office of the CNCCC International Tendering Co. Ltd., at the address indicated above and pay a nonrefundable fee of CNY 2,500 or USD300 in cash; or
request for delivery by sending a written application to CNCCC International Tendering Co. Ltd., at the address indicated above.
The application must include a cashier's check of CNY 2,700 for domestic delivery or USD350 for overseas delivery, or evidence of direct deposit to the Procurement Agent's account number 8884292000118, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Beijing Branch Anhuaqiao Sub-branch. The document will be sent by courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered:
to Hefei Tendering Center at the address below
on or before 9:00 am on 16 May 2008. Late bids shall be rejected
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of the total Bid Price.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the following address.
