2006 China Auto and Auto Parts Business cooperation Conference

Qingdao SME Association has invited UK companies to attend the above conference to be held in the City of Qingdao (Shandong Province).

This International Forum aims to provide an opportunity for participants from China and the EU to meet in order to develop closer ties. A major part of the event will be the matchmaking of companies TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS that will be coordinated by our Chinese hosts.

The Qingdao SME Association have asked the China Trade Liaison Office of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and the Black Country Chamber to invite UK companies on their behalf.

The Qingdao SME Association will pay for all costs in Qingdao including accommodation (five-star hotel) all food and banquet expenses and all conference costs. Therefore the only cost to participants will be for the travel to and from Qingdao.

This presents an excellent opportunity for companies involved in all aspects of the Auto sector and will be of particular interest to companies wishing to make first steps into this key market.

The proposed itinerary is as follows :-

15th October 2006 Meet in Beijing
16th October 2006 Depart Beijing to Qingdao
17th & 18th October 2006 Matchmaking Conference (one to one meetings)
19th October 2006 Auto 2006 Exhibition and Trade Fair(Return to Beijing PM) 20th October 2006 Free day in Beijing or Return UK

Delegates are free to make their own travel arrangements as long as they are in Qingdao by the afternoon of October 16th. However the UK sponsors will arrange a package based on the above programme if required.
